to plan their events for more than 20
years as we intricately understand
their culture and desire to present new
products in a fashion that tops the
previous year. They wanted this
conference to truly be off the charts in
the joy of being together.
Attendees were immersed in the One Way to the Future theme with a focus on Schwarzkopf’s digital platform to boost sales. The welcome dinner showcased violinists in lighted costumes and dancers floating in bubbles while LED batucada players provided a memorable entrance to the plenary. The futurist farewell dinner included Lumentium table mapping with 3D content. A specially sourced masterclass highlighted “The Metaverse in the Hairdresser World”.
To create even more buzz, a robot roamed throughout the space to assist attendees with questions and play videos highlighting Schwarzkopf trends, new looks and products. As the robot could dance and talk, it was a focal point for attendees and the subject of many selfies and videos shared on social media. This uniquely helped Schwarzkopf build digital engagement, critical to increase product sales. 
The beauty of the venue, a Thai-inspired hotel, ensured a tranquil setting; a complete buyout guaranteed 100% of its spaces could be branded to the event. This included transforming an Asian restaurant into a hair salon featuring new Schwarzkopf products. Sumptuous menu creations were curated by a Michelin 3-Star chef. Themed stations included “space” with new flavors based on moon and stars and “future” with hydrogen gin and tonics. 
Communication was tailored to Schwarzkopf’s attendees through sole use of a mobile app during the event with QR codes controlling access to workshops, plenary, dinners, etc. Not only did attendees not have the inconvenience of carrying materials, it was also a boon to the environment.  
Although CWT M&E was proud to win Gold for Best Catering at the 2023 Eventoplus Awards, we are always most proud of exceeding client expectations as mentioned by a key stakeholder: “All the extra hours invested, the discussions you had with suppliers, the love you put into the event and the personal wear and tear this event entailed, I can tell you with complete certainty that without all your work, we could not have achieved success.”
