A Christmas party is an event to celebrate the achievements of the year—an evening with colleagues to get away from business for a night. Above all, it is an opportunity to look to the future, to find inspiration and catapult ourselves into the new year. A well- managed Christmas party significantly boosts staff morale, which is often invaluable to performance.
Our pharmaceutical client wanted a party that was spectacular and elegant at the same time. An unique venue in Milan was chosen to celebrate together with their 165 employees. With artists dressed as butterflies gliding over the water, acoustic music filling the air and the best of Italian Christmas delicacies, the night was truly magical.
Nestled in the heart of Milan, Bagni Misteriosi, or mysterious baths, is a historic venue built in 1930 that was recently remodeled. It offers a multifunctional space with swimming pools, bars and a theatre. Our team used this venue as a canvas to decorate with a special Christmas touch.
As guests entered the Bagni Misteriosi, their eyes were drawn to the main pool where artists dressed as ethereal butterflies floated gracefully above the water. These performers mesmerized attendees with the delicate movements of their four-meter luminous wings and accompanied guests as they entered the event.
An illusionist astonished guests with his tricks. Moving around the tables, he approached attendees to challenge their sensory faculties. Magicians also worked the crowd with sleight-of-hand tricks, using everyday objects—coins, cards, and ribbons—showcasing pure skill and creativity.
Adding to the magical atmosphere of the night was the live band, a quartet whose music enchanted everyone. This band was unique in its simplicity—four voices, acoustic instruments and nothing more. They played a mix of songs from the 30s to the hits of today, all arranged in Swing and Rock & Roll compositions.
What truly set this Christmas party apart were the decorations. All rooms were redecorated in harmony, from the pools to the theatre to the auditorium with an urban chic décor. Every detail was designed to inspire.
The Christmas party at Bagni Misteriosi in Milan was more than just an event—it was an experience. It was a night where fantasy and tradition collided. Performers were a diverse and talented group, each contributing to the enchanting atmosphere of the event. It was a moment to celebrate and inspire.
