CELEBRATING A LANDMARK IN NEW YORK
Organized meticulously by CWT—as recognized by the 2023 micebook Awards—this trip was not just a special occasion to celebrate the company’s 50th anniversary, but a gateway to new experiences, camaraderie and discovery. Months of dedication and effort culminated in this exciting moment... five days in New York, the city that never sleeps.
After months of careful preparation, the day finally arrived. As the 2,300 participants boarded seven charter flights, conversations buzzed with enthusiasm. Colleagues who had worked tirelessly were now bound for an adventure together, their professional personas giving way to a more relaxed and informal camaraderie. This trip was a perfect opportunity to deepen relationships, forge new connections and create lasting memories outside the usual work environment. 
Upon arrival, attendees were not disappointed. From the moment they stepped off the plane, they were immersed in the city’s atmosphere of wonder and excitement. The itinerary was packed with activities that included tailor-made city tours catered to diverse interests and six VIP experiences, including a presidential dinner, One World Trade Center gala and Diamond program for highest tier attendees.  
The days unfolded with a delightful blend of structured events and free time. Evenings were reserved for social events, encouraging attendees to simply relax and enjoy. Entertainment was thoughtfully arranged—from live music and dance performances to interactive games and team-building activities that fostered a spirit of unity and fun. 
The final night party exceeded expectations, hosted at the Intrepid Museum Ship, offering unparalleled city views. The gala dinner included 235 tables, 18 bars and four Broadway performances with 230 strolling actors, 340 costume changes, 50 flash mob dancers, 14 food stations, eight production numbers, two bands and four stages. The event closed with a final concert by a famous Spanish pop star. 
Though the event was large in scope, all attendees felt a personalized touch through a custom registration website and 24-hour call center set-up one month before departure to assist attendees on U.S. COVID-19 entry requirements. During the event, there was even 24-hour medical coverage at the hotel to care for any health issue. 
This incentive trip was more than just a reward, it was a testament to the company's appreciation of its employees' hard work and dedication. It provided an opportunity to celebrate important achievements by unwinding and recharging to return with renewed motivation. More importantly, it reinforced a sense of belonging and appreciation, ensuring everyone felt valued.
